Our modern self- contained cottage is situated in beautiful Lake Hawea village, surrounded by majestic mountains. We are just 12 kilometres from Lake Wanaka and in the centre of the Lakes District of Central Otago. We are located about 30 minutes from two major ski fields - Treble Cone and Cardrona.

This new and spacious character alpine chalet is fully equipped with modern appliances (stereo, video, microwave, dishwasher, laundry and , Air Conditioning). The cottage bedroom has a double and single bed. The single bed can be moved to the lounge. The cottage is self catering.

Free Wifi Internet is also included.

A well stocked shop is within walking distance, as is the local Hawea Hotel, which has a seven day restaurant. Hosts are Marjorie Goodger, who has had a career in hotel management, and her sister Sheila & her husband Brian McCaughan from a farming background.
